Oh, I figured it out. People were calling him racist saying he was a supporter of Israel because he plays an Israeli person in the movie. That's a very touchy subject, Israel vs Palestine.

It was part of a character shift to get to the decision he makes at the end of the movie to stay with Peggy, and get some of that life Tony was always telling him to get."

Yikes, I'm glad they didn't cut it. America's ass is one of the best lines of the movie lol. I can also see Cap saying it about himself cause I agree he was more loosened up now.
