But he didn't just do a last dance and come back. Steve lived back in time for decades and came back an old man. Now Bucky will probably feel a bit adrift again. Sure he's got Sam, but eventually Sam will grow old too while Bucky stays young.

Pretty Bucky will age now since he's been out cryo too long. Steve aged after he melted.

But it's not normal aging, they still have the serum in their blood. Steve somehow lost it when he went back in time. I'm assuming he must have asked Peggy to have it taken out since he had to hide from everyone else.

In the comics, Steve has had it removed from him through a blood transfusion so I assume it would work the same way in the movies. Oh and also sucked out of him lol.
