i watched X-Men First Class earlier tonight! wow! Jen is so great as Raven/Mystique in the 60s.
 i don't watch my XMen films very often, so i hadn't seen XFC in quite a while, forgot how great she and the film is!   __________________

i don't understand where all the stupid fanboy hatred of Jen as Mystique came from. she was pretty much universally loved in XFC and DOFP, but since XMA all i see is the vitriol of useless hateful fanboys hating on her. it makes me sick. the trilogy of XFC, DOFP, and XMA was intended as a central focus plot point of the struggle between Charles and Eric, and Raven was the connecting thread between both sides of the mutant cause, regardless of the comics. these are a film world, totally separate from the comics. get over yourselves, stupid fanboys. grrrrrrrr.
