Same. I'm just going to try and eat better lunches for now and then write down my calorie intake for the day at the end of it.

I also have problems too because of my sleep schedule so i will get hungry for a snack late at night.

Oh, does the calorie counting diet help? I think I might exceed my calorie in take in just one meal.

Oh yeah, that does make things worse. I just make sure not to eat at night.

It did for my sister. She is a size 4 now.

But if I don't eat sometimes that means I won't eat at all since my sleep schedule is messed up.

I'm doing good. I'm sorry for falling asleep on you both during the posting spree. I just came home from work and my world was spinning already (at 10 in the morning). I'll post earlier tomorrow.

Heababe! It's only been one day of not chatting and I miss you and Lisa already. Btw, sorry about ditching you yesterday. I was completely shocked when my cousins and their babies arrived. Of course I had to talk and spend time with them because they are leaving for the U.S. on Friday. My favorite cousin is leaving me,
