Add me, pls? While we know little about Dan, I still love Tyler very much. Hope he gets a little bit more of a story.

Add me please! I didn't think much of his character at first, and then it started to turn into some disgruntled, semi corrupt, beer guzzling, small time cop. But now I'm changing my mind. Dan is messed up, true. But I think this danger to his brother will be the shock he needs to question the path he's been treading. I couldn't believe he went ahead against Ethan on the laptop thing. What was that about? The whole thing didn't make sense, and finding evidence in an open jeep parked in the school parking lot? what kind of evidence is that, especially when Ethan was with a girl during the break in who would testify to it.

When he was young he went to a party at the country club with a rich girl, and they all got drunk. But the girl also ODed on drugs. The DA was going to blame Dan for being the drug dealer, because he was the only poor kid in the crowd. Alec helped drop the charges, and encouraged Dan to become a policeman. Now Alec keeps asking for favors as an old friend who helped Dan out. Problem is Dan wasn't guilty in the first place. Now he feels indebted.

I think Dan is starting to see that Alec is doing this with lots of others. The frat boy, Derek, and maybe some of them are actually criminals. They all need to stop worrying about the legal consequences if there would be any, and reveal Alecs activities in asking for favors, etc. Seriously Alec's behavior is more questionable in all these cover-ups than theirs.

Dan knows something is going on with Alec, somehow involving Derek, and Annie Hobbs, and Eduardo, and now this frat guy. Too many favors being asked. And Dan suspects Ethan is involved somehow, or knows something. The Mercer car in the lake, and Ethan grilling Dan on wasn't it suspicious picking up Derek right there.

Dan has long suspected there was some trouble brewing around Sutton Mercer. I think he is beginning to see that Ethan is involved through her, but also that she isn't the person he thought, or used to be. He doesnt' know about Emma! I wish he did, maybe he will figure it out.

I thought Emma was going to tell him last episode when she said, 'with Derek, that night it wasn't m...' but he interrupted her. I think she was going to say it wasn't her, it was her twin. Remember she told Dan the truth months ago, and he didn't believe her, so she agreed it was just a lying game.

I hate how it seems that Dan feels like he still owes Alec.

In one of the earlier episodes Dan did tell Ethan that he almost got fired last year from one of Sutton's lying games. I wonder if Alec helped him keep his job, so he feels like he even more in debt to him.
