They have, it´s a shame. I think they last really nice scene between them was the hug which is also in the OP. That was the first scene of Bonnie coming back to MF in season 3.

That´s understandable but I hope you will catch up some of her moments because she had some beautiful ones. For example all her scenes with Grams, the Matt/Bonnie scenes and some of her scenes with Abby.

At the moment I feel lost watching any scene from TVD because of how long I've been away... the only thing that seems the same with the show is Bamon.

Bonnie/Elena friendship seems the same as well.... I think.

I did actually watch the full episode of 'Ghost World' and that's the only full episode I watched of Season 3. To be honest, I didn't watch the full episode to ever episode of Season 2 as well. lol Season 1 is the only season where I watched the full season.
