This season did go by quick.

So looking forward to the finale though. It's a nice bookend given that we got a 2 hour premiere and now we're getting a 2 hr. finale.

It is not long now and I have mananged to stay quite spoiler free so I will soon be off the board until I have watched the episode so I do not read something I should not have read Dani will keep me updated by mail when it comes to Mark so I know if the ice-cream is for celebreating or mourning

That was an amazing episode!

I'm really sad about the loss of Wash , but what an awesome way for her character to go down. She was a hero I actually had sort of hoped her message to Taylor was about something romantic, but I like that she was the one that came up with the idea on what they should do.

I think every character, including Lucas, had a brilliant moment this episode. One of my biggest complaints about the show is that it usually doesn't use the minor characters near enough, but I like how everyone played a part this episode.

I really really hope that we get a second season because I really want to know more about these badlands

Where do I even start with my review?! Last night was incredible

I loved how we got a lot of the main even smaller characters. It was awesome to see everyone take part somehow.

Lucas, man he is one BAMOFO!

When Shannon woke up from the blast and we were back at Terra Nova I so couldn't stop thinking it was all just a dream but it wasn't. Lucas and his group, The Phoenix, really had taken control over Terra Nova. To see the colony be subjected to their rule everything from being placed in the brig if they defied Lucas to seeing the colonists having to get in line for rations was very sad.

Loved the way the Colony started working on their defenses though. It was awesome especially when they started going after the convoys.

Oh man and when Weaver shot that Bracheosaurus I wanted to kill him on the spot! Then when they showed that video template of how they would be destroying the vegetation and all lifeforms just to get their minerals, it made me hate them even more. Our world, even now, is bad enough with all the destruction we do to this planet so for them to be able to go back and do the same thing, I just wanted to wipe every single one of those people out!

Josh totally stepped up! I was sad that Kara died but it wasn't a major loss since we only saw her once and the rest was just talk so she didn't feel like a big part. I was impressed when he stood up to Lucas and threw the first punch. So many people had been wanting to do that but were too afraid. Josh really is Jim's kid- he doesn't back down from anything or anyone.

Seeing Jim go back to 2149, I was so afraid the show would end and that we wouldn't find out what happened to Jim until a possible season 2. Glad that didn't turn out to be the case and I'm glad we got to see him return.

Oh man and how awesome was that dinosaur attack there in 2149? Though dinos don't pick sides it was awesome to have that feeling as if it was on the side of the colony, like it was the symbol and fought for what the bad humans could do to their world so it fought back to protect it. Seeing Weaver be all talk and then the dino coming up and eating him was awesome!

There were only two parts that were predictable and that was leaving Skye alone with Lucas as she was to transport him without an armed escort. The second was Lucas stabbing Taylor. Other than that though the rest was incredible.

I was so heartbroken for Wash to die. She went out a warrior though. She had felt terrible for raising the white flag that she had all but given up had Jim not helped her out. The way she helped out the Shannon family was such a nice send off for her character. And then when faced with Lucas she was not afraid to die for the cause. I'll really miss her, she was such a great character.

Zoe, I seriously can't get enough of this kid! The scene she had with Commander Taylor just made me melt so much. She's such a brave little girl and she gave the Commander some comfort that the other colonists wouldn't dare have done since he's the leader and everything. Zoe is such a compassionate person to people and to the world around her.

I am so curious about the badlands now.

I really want this show to get a second season but I'm satisfied if it doesn't because the finale was an epic one. Season 1 can totally be a stand-alone season. Though it would be awesome if we did get a second season because then we could see Mara's revenge (having been cut off from 2149 and her daughter), see what the Phoenix group is up to, and hopefully get more info on the badlands.

What an amazing season. I am really glad to have been aboard this show since the beginning, it's been beyond anything I've ever seen on television. I just don't know what else to say.

I guess the only thing left to say is: Send me back to Terra Nova.
