Ursula is the one I am most worried about. I know they already gave Regina the iconic look but they should have done something with the real one so when you look at her you know who she is.

If you remember the first time we see Ursula, the statue of her when Ariel and Snow are at the ball, Ursula was depicted with the octopus lower half and the headdress. It was Regina who borrowed that look, but changed the color to black and Ursula was a little pissed that Regina ripped off her look! lol!
