^ Either both parts of the flashback we saw are true, or both parts are false; one part can't be true and the other part false because Regina would have had no way of knowing what Emma actually remembered about Henry's birth and Emma didn't have the time to provide her with that kind of information.

Regina didn't have to know that stuffs as the spell automatically did its work. The season opening happened in a world WITH Storybrooke where Henry grew up, while the other one happened in a world WITHOUT Storybrooke because in Emma's false memories and Henry's, that town never existed.
