Considering ScarJo went from eh, seems cameo to one of the leads, I think. It's a given they'll be referenced and probably flashbacks. I'm guessing.

That's what I'm hoping. I don't mind some changes and I don't want the film to be exactly like it is in the comic books, but the thought Bucky/Natasha not happening would just be wrong.

I think you're right. I don't feel they changed things too much for CA: TFA, so I'm going be optmistic about not changing Bucky/Natasha.
