Yes, no matter what she will always be that!!! That willpower and strength

I think its because two individuals, both strong and so on... and on the same level managed to do that, Hook doesnt see her aa damsel in distress but a tough woman... he doesnt look down to her or inferior in any way

I believe I said this before. I thought Emma was losing edge after 2x03. But then she met Hook and it's like the old Emma was back.

This is I think the main reason why I enjoy CS, because there's no angst or insecurity in the dynamic, just two extremely badass people who challenge each other and keep the other on their toes.

They are defenitly both strong persons. And because Hook is also a strong person Emma is pushed to be strong when she interacts with Hook.

I think its only natural for Emma to lose some edge esp if she is back in the land she was born and seeing her baby things, and also away from what she has known all her life, that world lol

But like you mentioned around Hook she was this badass... and totally herself, sussing him out and so on.... And as you said both had to be alert esp Emma around him, and keep the other on their toes... the challenge

As you said their wasnt any angst in CS, it is right to say that later on in CS we will get angst... coz we all know angst and so on is part of a journey for a couple, esp if they do get together and so on....

Angst is part of a couple IMO... I do like angst in a couple, but like you say if its written well..... etc

All great tv couples have angst in them. It is essential I think. But I think it is important that the angst moves the story / relationship forward.

Yeah for sure angst is awesome for couples IMO it shows longevity and importance IMO.

I agree, it didn't look like Emma at all. But I think it's normal to some extent. She wasn't expecting to see Neal and her instinctual reaction was to revert to the person she was around Neal because of all the unresolved issues.

I believe she will revert to the strong person she's become soon enough. We've seen glimpses of that when they were fighting Cora. She didn't have patience to deal with Neal's attitude
