Yes, and she forced the truth out of him by tying him to a tree - I'd say he learnt his lesson. That's what makes the difference between that scene and the one where she asks him about Ursula so stark. In both, she knows he's lying, but with Ursula, she is telling him it's ok. It's ok to have secrets and not share everything. She doesn't need to know and she is fine with it. That's a massive leap of faith to take, which made me immensely proud of her. Even when Killian was without his heart and being controlled by Gold, she knew something was up but she didn't react like she did in the Enchanted Forest. She trusts that he will tell her, and if not, let it go. How far they've come.
