Yeah I think so too if it's the case that August knew about Henry and never told him when he found out.

I fell in love with Neal and Emma as soon as I saw them in the sneak peek. The way he popped up from the backseat was too cute for words. Just like his little boy.

I don't think August knew. Emma didn't find out til after she was in prison and that flashback was after the 2nd August/Neal scene.

It did seem like he kept tabs on her though so I can see the possibility that he did know. Even if he didn't know until SB I would hope he would have sent a postcard or called about it. Maybe not the best way to do it though, but I would think he would want to find out.
