 Good question. Maybe it's something in their personality - Maybe Henry will figure out John because he was injured in the fairytale book while rescuing Emma and now he's lying unconscious in a coma?! They way the Prince would have been in the book: unconscious too?!  __________________

Me too - it would finally bring John into the story and then hopefully soon after, he wakes up. And Emma will finally share a scene with him. __________________

I wonder what will bring Henry to the hospital in the first place that would lead him to recognize him. XD Maybe he or Emma got into an accident or something that they need to go to the hospital for?
I would love if he remembers, but I think that's too easy XD. I think what we cfan expect is that John will feel a pull towards Mary that he can't explain, and same with Emma (similar to what Mary feels towards Emma) __________________

I think Henry might have got the idea from the book who John might be. I mean here is a guy with the same injuries as Prince Charming who's in a coma which is what Prince Charming was sort of left like in the book so he might of gone with that.
Yeah I don't think they are going to make it easy for John and Mary to get together. I'm okay with that as long as it's not silly obstacles. Yeah I want him to have that pull too. __________________

I'm curious as to how Henry would know about John, though, if he's never seen him in the hospital before. If he goes for the first time now, in a future episode, I can see him piecing it together then but for the meantime, I'm thinking maybe he doesn't know who PC is just yet?!

I'm not sure. Maybe he has been there before. I think it's odd that he has Mary go read to him unless he puts the pieces together earlier in the episode..
