Yeah he kind of is. I forget how young he is sometimes. And comic con can get loud and just lots of commotion.

I don't think it's that he's so young (there are usually children of all ages at something like ComicCon), but I have the feeling that promo work counts in a child's actors work hours which are very limited. The kind of promo work they do at CC is pretty intense and long hours (look at all the hours of interviews and photo shoots they did), so it's uncommon for child actors to go, since the risk of violating the law is pretty high.
