I suggest a questionnaire of 3 questions instead of testimonials and those are done every celebration. General OUAT questions as suggested, such as Why you watched it. What's you favourite episode and why? ETC, but I think mods should choose the questions so it's a surprise for us members. The Emilia Clarke board did it and the response was amazing!

Another idea. Maybe each board can be represented in some way. Maybe a list of reasons why they love their couple or actor or friendship or whatever. Or maybe some kind of graphic. Or anything like that.
