Poor Killian, I really didn't see the heart thing coming either! Ingenious way for the writers to have Rumple go after Hook. He's going to find a way out of this, he's tricked the Crocodile before!

You chose her line was so foreshadowing when Cora said it... that it will come back in play when i saw the episode in season 2, thats why i was and i think many others was sure that the groundwork was Hook choosing Emma and always.

#he was ready to risk his life for love and revenge #then he realized that his life is more important than revenge
#but not so important for him like Emma’s #he’s not only risking his life for her #he’s ready to die right now to save her

Such a perfect gifset! When he came so close he realized that risking his life for revenge wasn't worth it ... but he still will risk his life for love.

Killian didn't just change himself,but he helped Emma to accept her feelings and stop running.I love how Emma is always smiling and flirting around him now

Hook has come a long way from the ruthless pirate he was. I think one thing that has never changes about him is his bravery. As long as he feels the cause is worthy he is always willing to risk his life. The only time he hasn't been brave is when he has been afraid of Emma rejecting him. He needs to realize that, like Snow said, it's not as simple as being all good or all bad.

I think just like Emma realized she needs to love herself and value herself - Hook himself needs to do this as well and i can only think he will listen to Emma for this and maybe Charming but Emma overall imo
