Before Neal died, he told Emma he'd watch over them in the afterlife

I'm SO hoping that in some weird Once way, maybe Neal's spirit can come over and appeal to Emma's savior side through the darkness

That's possible too. It really depends how/why he comes back and I don't really think he will but should he ever come back, then I think there's a chance for a Neal/Henry scene.
