OK, this is the Swan-Thief story that explains Neal stealing the watches. It's set in a Once Upon a Time-Grimm universe where Neal (through events that are going to be explained in a connected story) is Nick Burkhardt, the Grimm of the other TV show (because there's nothing like being a monster hunter and realizing dad is a guess-what).
