I think it works a little. It already has. I'm not as angry about what happened as I used to be, but I'll never be able to forget about it completely. I'm just getting better at ignoring it.

Sometimes it is, but it's a lot easier now that I don't read about the show anymore. No spoilers, no news, no nothing. I have no idea what's going to happen in season 4 and that's good that way.

ST were the reason why I stayed interested in the show. Without them it's not the same for me anymore. I'm just glad that I feel better about them. For awhile I thought that I could never re-watch their scenes without feeling bitter and angry and disappointed, but I don't feel like that anymore.
