August flat out told him the first time that they meet that he was not good with temptation. So what Neal was thining to even give him the money I do nto know. I slightly shocked that Emma even got the car,

He couldn't give her the money himself since August wouldn't tell him where Emma was. So Neal didn't have much of a choice. If he wanted Emma to have the money, he had to trust August.
