Now that we know the history of his mother, it does make sense why he's projecting so much anger onto Blue.

True. Plus his own history with her. I mean she's the one who gave Bae the magic bean to get to our world. I can never make up my mind whether she's as shady as the fandom thinks she is or not but I suspect this arc will show whether that's true or not.
