I think that one of the reasons I keep returning to those scenes (as do so many in vids and gifs and other ways of preserving the memories of just how special that relationship was) is that both actors brought their A+ game to the material, fleshing out scenes that were already well written and fraught with emotion to make moments that I hope to show to (someone else's) grandchildren someday as the kind of the emotion of wonder that they should strive to experience at some point in their lives.

I also think that one of my greatest frustrations with the current writing is that it takes actors who are capable of soooooo much and reduces them to cardboard cutouts. It's not even that ZW aren't together and living their lives -- it's that they're just not the characters I fell in love with.

And as for whether or not anyone has made a vid of Zoe and Joel -- well, have you ever heard of anyone asking for a forum for people who ship them here on FF? I know that I sure haven't, so any such vid would have to be made as a spoof, and for that I think we'd need WB to do something along the lines of Call Me Doctor, cause JZ isn't something I want to touch with an oven mitt!
