Same here! It's impossible not to do that.

And that sucks so much about the DVDs, really. Not even deleted scenes or ANYTHING?!

Way to make people want to buy the season, I really dont get it.

I actually think it was a good visual to have to maybe understand how Zoe may feel. And it was easier to accept with Lemon because we as the audience knows that Lemon is just a friend. And yet it also speaks to how comfortable Wade is with Lemon. It gave me something to think about is all which wasn't bad.

And yeah it did suck about the DVDs. There isn't anything other than the episodes. I was really hoping for the extras.

I totally agree!!! But, then again, I don't think Joel can carry her anyway. I also strongly agree with you that some things are sacred. I was pretty disappointed when he slapped Lemon...that's a WZ thing!!!

Actually Joelle wore his shirts too. But I don't see anything like that happening in the future again.

Zoe's relationship with Joel is different than the one she had/has with Wade. And if Wade has another relationship that would also be different than his with Zoe. Or if there are comparisons the other relationships will always come up short when compared to the WZ relationship. Going back to last season the parallels between Zoe going to Wade in 210 and to George in 220. And the kisses in 214 with Wade and the dream kiss with George in 219. The WZ stuff was always better.

And even going back and watching in season 1 Wade did smack Joelle's butt in 113.

For me I honestly see that as more of a "Wade" thing. It is part of who he is as in being relaxed and laid back. It reminds me of when he picked Lemon up and spun her around.

Another Wade Zoe thing is Wade brushing back Zoe's hair so I hope he never does that with anyone else.

Have you noticed that in two complete seasons, no one has ever had a successful dinner party in Bluebell?
Season 1 - Lemon and the Tuckers, Lavon's Homecoming Party, Lavon's party for his parents, Lemon's party for Zoe and Dr. Hart, the wedding. The only exception was Zoe's Girls" Night with Annabeth.
Season 2 - Zoe's take out dinner with Ruby, Lavon's dinner for Ruby and her grandfather, Wade's romantic dinner for Zoe.
Season 3 - Joel almost dies at Annabeth's dinner.

It makes me wonder if the writers have a theme going that they agree to make every attempt at entertaining a disaster.

I liked the pick up on that stuff because it fits in with a train of thought that I had. For me those are all examples of Wade being comfortable and relaxed in a relationship whether it is with a girlfriend or with just a friend as Lemon is.

Probably so. Maybe we'll get a successful dinner towards the end of the show.
