3x07: I Run to You

EPISODE DESCRIPTION:
Zoe (Rachel Bilson) beings to grow leery of how much time Joel (guest star Josh Cooke) and Wade (Wilson Bethel) hang out, especially when it begins to interfere with Joel's writing. Ready to blame it all on Wade, Zoe does her best to entice Joel back into writing. Lavon (Cress Williams) is using the excuse of coaching his track team to avoid talking to AnnaBeth (Kaitlyn Black). Meanwhile, Lemon (Jaime King) encourages Brick (Tim Matheson) to start dating again. George (Scott Porter) and Lynly (guest star Antoinette Robertson) discuss whether they want to talk to Lavon about their feelings for each other.

This episode was little better then the last ones, but I can't take Zoe anymore. It is all about Joel, Joel, Joel!

I really want her to have another storyline because the one she has now is not good at all.

Wade was awesome and it was great to see more of him!

Glad to see AnnaBeth and Lavon make up

Love Lemon

And seems like Brick will be a dad again!!

I know. If she could have other storylines too, it would be so much better but right now everything is about him and to make him happy.

I did like the fact that she admitted to being too pushy. I do think this episode (and the next) will be the end of certain arcs and the beginning of new ones - possible Zoe taking some of the critique from especially Wade into consideration.

Also anyone else disappointed we didn't get the scene shown in the promo pic? A lot of us were looking forward to that scene and it never happened!

Yeah, I never like when they show a promo picture and then it is not in the episode!

This episode was a lot better than last weeks episode:
Loved all the Lavon and George scenes.
Wade and Zoe rescuing Joel from the Truit boys was fun.
Great Tom moments.
Nice town event.
Always good to see Brick.
Shelby's back! I like that

And pregnant

I hate that about the promo shots. They are rarely the same in the show, and sometimes they are left out completely

And I agree with everyone about Zoe and her storyline. I can't see Joel anymore, I don't want him to take up 50 % of the screentime anymore, it's about time his storyline leads him elsewhere.

I loved the storyline twist with Fancies and Shelby being pregnant. Since I don't read any spoilers, I only realized that it must have been Shelby who bought Fancies when I read Laura's name in the opening credits

That pregnancy should make for quite some fun with Brick, I hope!

Hm, what else has really happened? Yes, George and Lynly - I don't need Lynly around much longer either. I liked it that George had some sort of storyline apart from the Lynly one with him training for the run.

The episode entertained me as usual though. I am always happy to spend 40 something minutes of my day with the Bluebellians
