Yeah, it did. It was enough of a story that Lavon was able to have a love interest, but it didn't take over everything.

Yeah, and to be honest, I would have loved to have it that way the entire series because when Lavon was with Didi, there were so many other scenes that he had with other characters on the show (especially Wade and Zoe). After Didi, his love life kind of took over everything.

Yeah, I think all the love life stuff was definitely good for his character. It worked with AB, because they were settled & they still often had scenes with other characters & storylines that weren't all about their relationship, even though they'd have coupley scenes throughout too

Yeah, I will admit that it definitely worked with AB because they seemed pretty stable and even when there were arguments about things there still was time with other characters. But once Lemon and the love triangle came into the mix, it was all there was.

Yeah, it did. It was so bad for his character. I didn't like him as much during all of that.

Me either, it really ruined him for me. Can't say I liked him much in season 4 at all.

No, I was the same way. It's a shame too because I really liked his character a lot for awhile, but the love triangle with Lemon/AB really ruined it for me.

Cathy and I re-watched 3X19 today and I did not feel bad at all for Lavon that he Bells were mad at him. He did jerk AB around a bit.

He did! And I actually recently watched 3x22 the past couple days when Davis proposed to AB and Lavon was moping around and even when he talked to Lemon he seemed really upset about the proposal so it never made sense that literally in the same episode Lemon became the one he was meant to be with.... frustrating.

Yeah, it really is crazy. The way they were setting it up in at the end of S3, I really would've thought that Lavon was going to try and get AB back.
