Those gifs of the break up scenes really are emmy worthy. Wilson was incredible in those scenes While Wade was the one who messed up he still tore my heart out when WB had the line of " it meant nothing to me I would do anything to take it back please forgive me" I thought my heart was going to actually break into a million pieces

For all of the Wilson looks so hot, he's so sexy, oh look Wilson's shirtless again I myself can get caught up in that and temporarily forget what a amazing actor he is. WB is so much more than a pretty face with a 6-pack he's this talented incredible performer who gives everything to his character. I feel like there is no way the character of Wade would be anywhere near as popular as he is if it weren't for WB.

I was pretty much crying the whole time, but that line, and also "Just say something" were especially heartbreaking. He just nailed it.
And of course, complete word to what else you said. He gave Wade the depth and edge that was needed to make him so popular and well-received. Of course it's easy to say that no one else could have done it like him, but I really think so in this case.

I agree with both of you. WB has made Wade into what he is which is a lot more than just a stereotypical bad boy character. He has given him depth and made it possible to feel and care about the character. The break up scene is so heartbreaking and yet I still rewatch it because WB was flawless in that scene. He nailed every aspect of selling that scene.

Wilson's emotions and facial expressions were spot on. Not alot of words were needed and he made that scene so heartbreaking cause I could tell by his face that his own heart was shattered. WB has given Wade vunerability and layers something not every actor could have done.

I just want to congratulate you on the beautiful changes you've made to the OP. You've really captured so much about what makes Wade/WB so electrifying.

I've thought for a long time that the show probably wouldn't have lasted a full season if it weren't for WB's talent and appeal. He really is a triple threat as an actor: he's as funny as most born comedians, he does romantic scenes with beauty and sincerity, and he does serious drama with an amazing amount of authenticity.

The fact that he can transition from one mood/emotional note to another is another part of what I find so amazing about what WB brings to the role. Often, in a complex scene between two characters, where there's a major emotional shift, the scene is cut into several shots back and forth, giving an actor time through the magic of cinema, to adapt emotionally. Instead, they often linger on WB's face as he undergoes an emotional transformation before our very eyes.

I'd also like to say something about the way he has played the romantic scenes. There's an old saw in Hollywood that it doesn't really matter how the male actor plays a kiss/intimate scene: what matters is whether or not the woman seems to be enjoying herself. Yet, time after time, I find myself noticing that the camera lingers on his face as much or more than RB's because the multitude of emotions he has revealed from their very first kiss in the pilot make every intimate moment seem fraught with both love and plain, unmistakeable lust.

And, just to be shallow, I'd like to introduce some lyrics to counter LA. Very old-school (Right Said Fred, I'm Too Sexy)

Oh, I didnt do that at all! Catia has done all of the great changes to the OP, as far as I know!

I really, really love that. It's all in his eyes/face/voice, when it needs to be. Or, all the time.
And he is a triple threat. Or as I would say, the complete package. He's got the talent, a wicked sense of humour, the looks..and also the heart/groundedness, as far as we can tell from outside. He better get some good roles in the future!
