Pretty similar circumstances! Relative of the king, married off against her will to a nasty gross old dude. Kills him shortly after arriving for want of a sexier younger man.
 I'd kill for HC too, though.JRM isn't bad, either. At least when he's young he doesn't creep me out with his creepy eyes. __________________

Daena wishes she had a younger hot man to kill for.
 I definitely see the similarities. I think I was loosely inspired by both Charlize Theron in Snow White and the Huntsman (she murders the King while having sex with him) and also by Myranda Royce in A Feast For Crows, who says that her husband died of a heart attack whilst in the throes of passion as well. But I always got the impression there was more to it, like it was premeditated or something.  I ended up really liking The Tudors, but it didn't start to get good for me until I'd say ... halfway through season 2. Clearly I have some catching up to do with you. I can't wait for you to finally meet  Also ... I can has Max post today?  __________________
