Welcome to The 2009 Role Playing Board Awards. This is mine and Cat's first time hosting them; and I know we are bothe extremely excited!!! Hope you guys really enjoy this years, because we have some really amazing posters and we want you guys to know how much we appricate you on this board!! Congrats to all the winners! There's one issue, though. For best duo, the faces and character names aren't right. I think it's suppose to be Tess and Ethan with Elisha Cuthbert and Josh Holloway's faces there instead of what you have because the faces and character names don't even match up.

Aww, the evil couple did not win this time around. Must...warn...Mandy... Tasha, I'll be more than happy to help you out with the banners next year. It was fun. (Bad timing can kind of suck because of the amount of papers I was mounted with that time). Although I'll admit...G/H: NG and The Cape pretty much dominated the awards.  No offense, seriously. I wanted to submit some scenes from Fables but it was kind of complicated since some of the scenes that I enjoyed were those I was involved in. |

Haha, my thoughts exactly Kris. Must be a great game they've got going, though I'm sad that other, smaller games didn't get quite the same attention.

I think in terms of games,it goes back and forth on which dominate,as I know those didn't really last year.I think the awards this year were awesome but I'm the liking the sound of using the link idea for nominations next year Or maybe...next year,we could do kind of what they do for like Emmys...where people submit a "reel" - basically if you want a character/couple/rp considered,you would put together a short selection of some of your "bests" (like best posts or something) But just a suggestion.Congrats again to all! |

Great suggestion Sarah! I think that would be so awesome! And I totally agree about how it varies from year to year as far as which RP's dominate cause I know neither Cape nor Next Gen did last year lol! Next year should be really great though if we do the whole submitting posts or at least links so like have others have said, nobody has to go digging!
