I'm just thinking that they were saving the best for last...we got this at the latter part of the season which was great. So I'm hoping for more of this on S4.

That's true. I feel like they focussed alot on Phil's new career, haley going to college so hopefully we'll have more emphasis on P/C.

It maybe had something to do with everyone focusing on something else,like Claires election and Hayley goin to college.

Yup, they wanted to focus more on other storylines and P/C already had great ones in S1/S2.
