He was really surprised because that is his mom on the show! He was like what’s happening? He’s going to get a little brother or little sister or who know knows what the writers have in store, I don’t. They’re obviously not telling me any more!

I find it really cool that they didn't know about the whole pregnancy storyline

But the again, Steve said that they had told the adult members but not the kids cause they didn't want to burden them with such big responsability, so now I'm confused

I agree w/ you guys.. Even I think that if he told kids and who know that they would tell someone even it's hard to keep a secret bec I don't think that I can..

Yeah it didn't matter much to the kids anyway as they didn't need to be involved in the scenes but I think it added to the element of surprise and wonder.
