I think the sweetest moment of that ep Lindz, is when Jay revealed he bought them fireworks. He is really trying to help mash the two cultures together for Manny.

Maaaaaan, I can't believe all the couples of this ep just turns me into mush.

I also like their Hawaii ep in season 1 how Gloria planned everything to spend time with Jay who didn't want to spend his birthday with the rest of his family. Things like this just makes this couple work SO much.

And gloria knew that Jay wanted some alone time with her so she made sure they had like a week just the two of them which is so sweet

and jay says he cant love her anymore than he does til she mentions a nude beach

I think that both of them have best banter out of any couples because both of them don't understand what exactly they was saying to each other..
