You were supposed to be here by now if it was not for that virus.

Hi, Nina! We're glad to see you back!
Nothing much. I let you know how I'm doing in my PM. I hope everything is still okay with you. __________________

I'm sorry to hear about that, Nina. I wish your job could've compensated you for it.

I'm sure with my luck, as soon as the new one has shipped, whoever has taken it will return it with note "sorry, heard you are missing this, xoxo".

That would be ironic. Kind of like Ross and his sandwich.
Still, this kind of thing shouldn't happen at work. They should have strict rules about that stuff. __________________

Ah, I guess that's a "Friends" reference? I never liked that show, which is why I never really watched it. But you can't help but remember the character names. Same with SatC.

Yes, that's a Friends reference. Someone stole Ross' sandwich from the refrigerator at work, and he was really upset.
What's SatC? __________________

I feel like that's a recurring theme in comedies.
SatC = Sex and the City, another show I never watched but I feel you kind of know a lot about because it was everywhere. __________________

Oh yeah. I didn't have HBO when that was on, so I never saw it. I had Cinemax because we'd lost HBO at the start of the 90s and I couldn't afford to get it back. I wouldn't have been interested anyway.

I saw all of these TV shows back then because somebody I knew bought the DVDs and I borrowed them. I have to say though SatC wasn't anything I was interested in, it just seemed too self-involved and one-note.
