Wow, Shogun. I remember when the original NBC Shogun miniseries with Richard Chamberlin aired back in the 1980s. I hope this one can top that one.

Disney Plus and the history channel site has tons of stuff...I watched some of Histories greatest mysteries series...forgot what they were called...but you can just go to the history channel site

Shōgun has been superb so far. It is visually stunning, the production values are top-notch, and attention has been paid to Japanese culture—something that usually doesn't happen. Critics are praising it highly so far, and the audience likes it. I hope it continues this way and doesn't falter down the road.
