Hi, Nina! I'm sorry we let this thread slip back a page. It's been a very disorienting holiday season for us here.
Beowulf has already started? I don't think I get that channel. __________________

Yes, let's keep Joanne back on page one, shall we?
Here's a fascinating article about Joanne in the 1980's. Michael Gambon on his attempts to seduce Joanne Whalley on The Singing Detective | Daily Mail Online __________________

You're welcome. And we're gonna need a new thread. Any title ideas?

I wish that too. She said she might stop by later on, but I don't know when.
But we'll still need a title. __________________

I've just watched Beowulf pilot. It was nice to see Johanne but I found the story a bit boring. I will watch the second episode though. Who else watched it ?

I haven't seen it yet, but Nina gave me the links. I was hoping it would be on BBC America, but I couldn't find it.

I watched Beowulf too and found it a bit boring. I think I'll give it another shot, as I really like Joanne.

Thanks for the link to the article... my The Singing Detective... that has been ages ago.
I have a feeling Beowulf is one of these shows that develops slowly... More thoughts later when all of you have watched! And yes, new thread title! Definitely! __________________

Hi, Nina! I've made the new thread and I've used a quote of Joanne's from Beowulf as Rheda.
