#11 for me. Got to say, though, it was smart writing to have Cesare officiate because we really saw how much he hated the idea this diplomatic marriage, which is the only term that seems appropriate, imho.

we got to see exactly how he felt about it and how he didn't want her to be marrying this guy. I also just really love how Lucrezia is the Illustrious Lucrezia Borgia

The first time I saw that scene, it took me back to their father's installation as Pope, when he told her there would be many who want to marry her, but they would care very little for her heart. As he said, if it were up to him, she would never marry, lol. He sensed this wouldn't turn out well. He wanted to preserve her innocence and protect her heart, but it was out of his control and it frustrated him.

Oh, yes, The Illustrious Lucrezia Borgia. So fitting to how he views her.

It makes me think of that as well. If he could have never had her marry he would have done that because he knew that any political match she would make would only make her unhappy and sadly how right he was.

It really does say how he thinks of her
