does Guilty mean...."forbidden by most people/ not allowed" - like Wonder woman and superman or Joey and Rachel [hey a lot of people didn't like that storyline...though I did]..or the classic Romeo and Juliet [within the story]

Not forbidden, just unconventional. :) Sometimes it might be couples other people might disapprove of.

OK...Joey / Rachel for me...most thought that was unconventional b/c they were friends for a long time and Rachel has Ross's baby [shared care]
