Monty Python and the Holy Grail was one of the funniest movies that I've ever seen, and I think it's the best of all the Monty Python movies.

I am reading your opening post sum1 and I saw Marion Zimmer Bradley. I think I have read one of her books, and it revolved around Morgan and Merlin. I forget the name, but she was a healer and he was a soldier taken captive, and she helped him escape. Any idea what it's called?

I haven't read many of her books. I read some of The Mists of Avalon a long time ago and wasn't very impressed. There were sequels to it, but I haven't read them. The Mists of Avalon is her best known Arthurian work.

Too bad. I kind of liked it, didn't show Morgan as a smirking psycho, for once.

Yeah, Zimmer Bradley took a different approach to Morgan. There's a tv movie of The Mists of Avalon, with Julianna Margulies from ER and The Good Wife as Morgan.

Well, the one in the Camelot film was an effective parody. The one in the Merlin min-series/tv movie was ok. The one in the French film Lancelot du Lac was pretty good. And the one in the old film Sword of Lancelot was good for his time.
