i cant say i'm disappointed but what i really thought it would be..,it wasn't exactly the same
and i have to say acting was top notch ..bar has raised IMHO
will quote my fav parts later on as wouldn't want to spoil it for those who haven't yet

I have just gotten done watching it. I enjoyed parts of it, like Elizabeth's moment to shine, saving the con. Mozzie's glass blowing bit part was cute.

And Jones. I love Jones. And I enjoyed the little moments he and Neal shared.

And when Peter realized that Flynn was seconds away from having Neal and Mozzie killed. that was a bit of a nail biter.

All in all i think it was a nice episode, but yeh i kind of expected more.

Neal and Mozzie together fried the baddies.even Diana took a moment to take the scene

Peter in leather is something I did enjoy.

And all of them protecting Neal, who doesn't love that

I was happy we got some back story. That I was really looking forward to and I'm glad we got that.

It was a really nice midseason premiere.

I liked El coming to the rescue, that was awesome, Drunk Neal and Mozzie are the best I loved all of their moments.
I love seeing Peter looking out for Neal, of course.

I also liked the flashbacks. And the end made me cry like a baby

The acting was excellent in that scene.

I too was in love with the drunk Neal/Mozzie scene then Peter razzing Neal for being hungover.

I couldn't really enjoy this episode because the whole whisky faking stuff pulled me out of the immersion.

Because you can't fake the taste of a whisky with artificial flavors, the whole idea is stupid.

Interesting episode to say the least.

Something about Neal being drunk was kind of weird, and him w/pickle juice...it could be worse.

It's interesting about the ideal of making fake whiskey. I'm wondering if there is really such a thing as "fake whiskey". I guess because whatever they put in the whiskey might not make it whiskey, but it could be the next undiscovered drink...of sorts.

What I really loved was Mozzie. I never thought I would say this, but Mozzie, of all people having wisdom. I loved how he talked Neal into spending time with his father. Sure there are a lot of questions that Neal will have about his dad, but with Mozzie's parents not around, there was a part of me that felt that Mozzie wishes they were still around, and that's why he told Neal not to throw away something that Mozzie secretly wishes he had. That definitely won positive points with me.

Mozzie was the highlight of the episode for me. One because of the humorous parts and then like you say, Audrey, because of his encouragement for Neal to spend time with Sam. I enjoyed seeing that, and being reminded of the back story of Mozzie in that way.

As for the 'fake' whiskey, not being someone who drinks whiskey I have no idea if it's a real thing or not. I guess it could be one of those creative liscence things the show throws in.
