Didn't succeed in making it longer.

We could also remove the word appreciation from the title and just leave OT3-Neal/Peter/El[izabeth]. What do you think?

Yeh, would you take out the 'Appreciation' and change 'El' back to 'Elizabeth'.

I kinda feel that Peter and El treat Neal more like their son, being caring towards him, I so wish that they will live like one happy family..

They definitely have a family vibe. Neal being the naughty kid, Peter the strict father and Elizabeth the lovely mom who the kids goes to if daddy doesn't allow him something.
