I liked that she was concerned about him skipping town in that scene. You can tell she's grown attached to him and being that she's been in this situation before with her sister, you can see the fear there.

Good point Trice. Because of her sister Sara would be all the more afraid and hurt of Neal skipping town and not saying goodbye to her.

See I think from the way she was talking in 3.09 she had at least considered it. She's always known who he is, and she does accept that.
