I only just got into Game Of Thrones when Season 4 started then back tracked episodes to season 1 so I could watch all the seasons and liked them all, most of all I liked the connection that Sansa and Tyrion started to have, I like Tyrion as a person he the only one that was nice to Sansa and seems to care for her well being, and if she could just look past his appearance, she would see that Tyrion is not only wise but he has alot of great quality's about him

I have not read the books yet but my mum did get them for me not long ago
