I love the episode a Rose for Ever After. It shows Beckett that Castle loves serious women like her and she was jealous.

I agree, it was nice that early in as well to learn of his past especially with Kyra. It helped shape his character and why he is the way he is to an extent.

^Yes, I didn't have a big issue with her. I mean I think we could've learned more about her like we did Meredith but from the impression I got she did try a bit.

^We we’re talking about Gina and how she was okay compared to Meredith. He married Meredith for all the wrong reasons too. Gina it was for Alexis to have a mother figure and Meredith is Alexis would have the “ideal family”. I guess back then though that was ideal.

^I meant ideal to have the parents married with a child in the early 90's
 . Single parents or not married was more frowned upon then than it is now. I remember my mom being alone with me and getting the looks and comments __________________
