It really is, one of the best things about Castle was the writing consistency with Alexis-Rick's relationship (though I do wish we had seen more of Kate with Jim I guess being a working adult and them mending from his alcoholism is realistic lol).

^It really was, I'm glad they explored that route with Alexis and them moving in together but the less Pi time the better

I didn't mind the whole PI thing but Alexis gave up everything she worked for to work alongside her dad, something smart Alexis would have said is "childish" so it made it hard for me to believe she just willing went along with it all.

^Yeah it sort of seemed like they really dumbed her down

she was valedictorian, good girl, good grades etc..and then the next thing ya know shes with this guy, Pi and I think they moved super fast something season 3 or 4 Alexis would've never done
