Johanna was mean to Annie? Wow, I totally don't remember this
 But yes, I think being the only two young victors at the time with that rebellious streak would have brought them closer, and there was definitely hints. That whole 'I don't know what's going on between Johanna and Finnick" from Katniss.One of my favourite crack!ships have to be Peeta/Johanna. Just. I have an irrational love for it and before MJ one of my biggest wishes was for them to be cell-mates and I just about died when they were sdkjfhskdjfh. MY LOVE FOR THEM IS SO RIDICULOUS. __________________

I think the girlfriend, Haymitch had wasn't Maysilee. But I had a feeling something had was between them through their alliance.
Peeta/Johanna would of been interesting. |

Peeta/Johanna could have started to connect in the Capitol. They only had each other...
Johanna was really rude to Annie. I remembered it because it just stuck out to me. It was at the end with the voting and Annie votes 'no' and says Finnick would have wanted that, too, and Johanna's kinda snappy at her, saying that Finnick was dead.__________________

Obviously I need to go re-read this book. I think the "we're well acquainted with each other's screams" that got me fully shipping this wonderfully UC ship. Just. It would be angsty and kind of destructive but possibly not ... and it intrigues me so much. __________________

Johanna's pretty rude to everyone, but I don't know, I felt when she was mean to Annie it just showed that she really cared about Finnick. And, I don't we ever saw Johanna being rude to Peeta.
 I do remember Cinna mentioning that he spent a lot of time with Portia looking at fireplaces. A romantic setting, perhaps?  __________________

Johanna was really close to Finnick IMO, so yeah, I think her rudeness can def. stem from that.

It would make sense with them being victors closer in age. There still a lot to learn about Johanna and Finnick.
Portia and Cinna should share a blanket in front of the fire. __________________

I wouldn't mind prequels.
I toyed around with the idea of Portia and Cinna but I just could never imagine Cinna in a romantic relationship with anyone.__________________
