He really is. He joined the Careers and that's a group no one "outside the circle" can be a part of. I know they wanted to get Katniss but I'm sure they were confident enough they can find her on their own but they saw him as an asset, at least until the end of the games.

Love the tweets from a couple pages back! Ah getting even more excited if that's even possible.

Yes they did and I guess because they knew Peeta had something for Katniss, they would lure him to get her out so they could get rid of her.

I agree. However I think it was in the back of her mind that he did help her when she was younger.
