you know after seeing Katniss in a shop in the stuff in the news thread, it makes my suspecions of how Katniss recieve the pin even stronger

And from the looks of it, Cinna sneaks in the pin on her outfit unlike the books where he convinces the review board to let Katniss keep it in the arena.
