We'll I am kind over this telling me he needs to be the one to move when Damon basically took Elena from Stefan an never earned his way of being with Elena like Stefan did

Elena is not an item, you don't get someone because you earn them Damon interfered with SE's relationship, yes, but Elena had just as much to do with that as Damon did.. Elena let herself fall for him. .
