So this episode was meh for me. Too much DE, no offense, not enough Stefan or SE. And I was expecting it to be really good, and it was a let down.

The one thing that saved this episode for me was Damon/Ian. Now no one kill me, but normally I'm not a fan of him, but tonight I actually cried for him. It was a horrible seen to watch.

I'm dissapointed with the ep.. Not enough Stefan for me and too much Damon/Rose, not even DE

The Stelena episode we was so waiting was literally nothing. Finally Rose has been killed, was waiting for that the first day she was on

I loved Damon, though I dont feel for him as much as I used to, the last Rose/Damon (dream) scene was sad. I dont know what to make of the very last scene, about his confessions, I dont know.. All I know is that I'm relieved he's back.. but the next episodes will really tell me how I'll feel

Okay, so I'm going to repeat what I said in the SE thread. I'm really annoyed, I don't understand why everyone else is getting more screentime then Stefan when he has these really important thing he's doing but we never get to see them. No offense, and I love Caroline, but why did the writers include the MTC triangle, when they could have been showing what Stefan was doing. It just doesn't make sense to me, because he's being treated like he is a side character when he isn't. Is it because of the foot thing or something?

I was upset too hun, and that thought came to my mind as well. Because he did injure it whilst filming that ep, so maybe they changed the script and re-arranged it till he got better? Because it did seem more like a filler episode to me

Yeah, I really don't know how to justify how he didn't have scenes. Because even with the foot, couldn't they just have him sitting down a lot? Or just standing? He doesn't have to be moving to have a scene.

I wasn't a huuge fan of the epsiode either.I think stefan needs more screen time.I actually didn't mind the damon/rose stuff.Teh dream scne and what followed was heartbreaking.

There's no excuse for not having more Stefan in this episode because Paul didn't have his injury until inbetween 2x13 and 2x14.

However, I agree with Jules that the Damon/Rose stuff was heartbreaking and I really loved it. And I do realise that something had to give for that. And also, by all accounts we'll be bombarded with our boy in the coming episodes. So I'm okay with it all.

So, this episode was pretty boring.
The lack of Stefan was disappointing but I did love the scenes that we got with him. I loved the SE scenes, the Stefan/Alaric scene, and the short Stefan/Damon one. I really wish that we got more of him though.
I did also enjoy Damon/Rose. They were just all kinds of awesome.

There's going to be episodes that don't feature our boy as much just as there will ( and have been eps that don't feature Ian as much).

That being said his storyline really did suck this time around. His storyline is a part of this huge arc coming up and it was so pushed aside. I loved the Damon stuff but a huge bulk of the episode with Elena and Rose felt so fillery and loooooooooong.

I wish they could have included a scene with John and Stefan or something. But I guess that wanted the OMG factor when he appears at the end.

I didn't care for the episode.

The only parts I liked was Caroline scenes and the LITTLE bit of Stefan with the Vervain. Other than that..Eh!
