Yep, everything he does is so respectful from stalking a girl because she looks like his ex, to letting her do whatever she wants including "getting killed" so she won't hate him forever... Yes, he's such a hero for her Stefan/Elena it is so romantic when a good guy acts like a disrespectful idiot who sleeps with a girl before telling her that she looks exactly like his ex. They bring out the worst in each other, they lack chemistry, they lack... everything. Stefan/Elena. Yes, I don't understand how that was emotional blackmail. Someone mentioned how it seemed like he was just waiting for the perfect time just to spring that on her so she would forgive him. She wanted the truth. So he told her the entire truth.

And yes, he should have told her that she resembles Katherine, especially before they slept together. I kinda agree with that, but how do you so easily tell someone that they look exactly like their ex- vampire gf and the reason that they do is because oh you're adopted. But yeah, like I said he definitely should have found a way to tell her before they slept together.

Your right he should have told her about katherine but just before they slept together he had called the whole thing off and was planning to leave town. She had just declared that she was in love with him and he obviously got caught up in the moment.
